Reschedule: Free of charge. Please let us know by 48 hour’s notice to secure your new booking time. Must be re-booked for the same month to keep the same deposit.
Cancellation: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a booking without a fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a £50 cancellation fee.

We will open a damage case and liaise directly with the cleaner. -
